• Isle of Pines – Nature’s Wonder IS THE TITLE OF A NEW BOOK

Isle of Pines – Nature’s Wonder is the title of a new book published by Editions Solaris, Noumea. It’s the third combined work about the island between photographer and publisher, Pierre-Alain Pantz, and writer and long-time resident, Hilary Roots.

Together, they present the island’s remarkable beauty, tribe by tribe. The 96-page, hard-covered edition features 135 images accompanied by text in English and French.

Isle of Pines also appears in another new book by Pierre-Alain Pantz : Nouvelle-Calédonie vue du ciel (New Caledonia from above).

For details on where and how to buy these books, check out our section ‘Suggested Reading’.
